Young people are empowered through creative and culinary activities. These workshops show how children and teenagers discover Korean cuisine, cook together and express themselves artistically.

Introduction
Participants prepare a Korean menu together—shaping rice balls, making rice cakes, snacks and desserts—and discover Korean food culture through direct experience.
Cooking leads into a shared meal. A complementary art activity on the theme of freedom gives the young participants another way to express and share their ideas.
